Kiev, Ukraine

My first year in Russia in 2008 I decided a solo trip to Ukraine on the first of January was a good idea. I’ve had better ideas.

It was epically cold and a long train journey, but a beautiful place, for sure.

    • Too true, Craiger! There are some big ones in the US of A, but maybe not quite this style. You should see the ‘larger than life’ statues all around the place and military equipment. Pretty wild.
